What to Expect on Your First Visit
Plan on 35 to 55 minutes. That covers your consultation, an exam, and — in most cases — your first treatment the same day, drawing on whichever modalities fit your case: chiropractic adjustment, spinal decompression, flexion distraction, intersegmental traction, ultrasound therapy, myofascial release, or the Graston technique.
